Revoking Part of a Proclamation altering a Proclamation
defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Wellington -
New Plymouth Railway (Wellington - Tawa Flat Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Procla-
mation dated the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette No. 38, of the second day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-seven, altering a Proclamation
defining the middle-line of a portion of the Wellington - New
Plymouth Railway (Wellington - Tawa Flat Deviation) in
so far as it affects the balance of the land contained in
certificate of title, Volume 352, folio 273 (Wellington Registry),
being part Sections 43, 45, and 46, Porirua District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of
October, 1933.

Extending Time preventing Persons from applying for Re-
ceiver, &c., for Thames Harbour Board Loans.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day
of September, 1933.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on him by section ten of the Thames Harbour
Board Loans Adjustment Act, 1932-33, and of all other
powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
extend until the thirtieth day of November, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-three, the time within which no
person shall take any steps to enforce payment of the principal
or interest of any of the loans referred to in the said section ten
or any part of any such loans.

The Taupo Trout-fishing Regulations, Amendment No. 4.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day
of September, 1933.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him
by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and its amendments, and
section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment and Native
Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1926, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, and deeming the regulations hereby made
to be necessary for the due administration of the said section
fourteen, doth hereby make the following amending regula-
tions by way of amendment to the Taupo Trout-fishing
Regulations, 1929 (hereinafter called “the principal regu-
lations”), and with the like advice and consent doth hereby
declare that such regulations shall take effect on and from the
thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-three.

REGULATIONS.

  1. THESE regulations may be cited as the Taupo Trout-
    fishing Regulations, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read
    together with and form part of the principal regulations.

  2. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is hereby
    amended by revoking clause 3 thereof and substituting the
    following clause in lieu thereof :—

“(3) The fee for a monthly license issued to any person
being under the age of sixteen years shall be £1 10s., and to
any other person £3.”

  1. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is hereby
    further amended by revoking clause (5) thereof.

  2. Regulation 14 of the principal regulations is hereby
    amended by revoking clause (4) thereof and substituting the
    following clause in lieu thereof :—

“(4) The fee for a permit issued for a week or less shall be
3s., and for a permit issued for more than a week shall be
at the rate of 3s. for every week or part of a week of the
period for which the permit is issued.”

Notice bringing an Education Reserve within the Operation of
the Mining Act, 1926.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by
section twenty-five of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every
other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I,
Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the education reserve
described in the Schedule hereto shall be brought within the
operation of the Mining Act, 1926 ; and do hereby further
declare that this notice shall take effect as from the date of
the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing
1,000 acres, more or less, being Education Endowment
Reserve No. 125, situated in Block XII, Okarito Survey
District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
Mines N. 10/13/320, deposited in the Head Office, Department
of Mines, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, this 27th day of
September, 1933.
