A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Aongatete Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 5 acres 1 rood 30 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Section 58, Apata Settlement, and railway land (Proclamation 6307), Block VI, Aongatete Survey District. (S.O. plan 27108.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/1223, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2650, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of September, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a street:β€”

0 0 26-1 Native Reserve 20 (Pukewarangi); coloured pink.
0 0 21-2 Section 87; coloured blue.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District, Borough of New Plymouth (Fitzroy R.D.). (S.O. 7161.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85963, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of October, 1933.
