Mining Privileges to be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 188 (3) of the Mining Act, 1926, that unless sufficient cause be shown to the contrary within three months from the date hereof, the mining privileges in the Schedule hereunder will be struck off the Register.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the Lands Office, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, 23rd November, 1932, at 10 o'clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Kawhia County.—Marakopa Survey District.
SECTION 2A, Block VI: Area, 11 acres 2 roods. Upset price, £35.
Unimproved section on the Kiritehere Road, one mile from Kiritehere Post-office, two miles from Kiritehere School, nine miles from Marakopa dairy factory, eleven miles from Te Anga saleyards, and thirty-eight miles from Hangatiki Railway-station by a metalled road. Approximately 11 acres is level land in bush, balance swamp in natural state.
The soil is a heavy loam resting on clay formation.
Water may be obtained from the Kiritehere Stream.
The property should prove suitable for dairying when developed. Not suitable as a separate holding, but should work in well with land held in the vicinity.
