A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Shotover Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 33·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through road adjoining Sections 106 and 887B.
Situated in Block III, Shotover Survey District (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of August, 1933.

Revoking a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road and Road closed in Block XI, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 118 of the fourteenth day of the same month, proclaiming land as a road and road closed in Block XI, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of August, 1933.

Amending Regulations under the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Act, 1932–33.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of August, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Small Farms (Relief of Unemployment) Act, 1932–33 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulations made on the nineteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, by adding thereto the following regulation for the purposes of the said Act, and doth hereby declare that such regulation shall come into force on the day of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
REGULATION.
- No registration or other fee shall be payable in respect of any memorandum or deed of mortgage or any bill of sale given as security for an advance made under the authority of these regulations; or in respect of the discharge or variation of the terms of any such memorandum or deed of mortgage or bill of sale; or in respect of any caveat lodged to protect any interest acquired by His Majesty the King or by the Minister of Employment pursuant to these regulations or to the said Act or to the Unemployment Amendment Act, 1932; or in respect of any memorandum or deed of lease issued pursuant to the said Act or to the Unemployment Amendment Act, 1932; or of any surrender or re-entry or any notice of forfeiture or any other dealing with such lease or memorandum of lease as is provided for by the said Act or the regulations thereunder.
