Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks IV and V, Lee Stream Survey District, Taieri County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Lee Stream Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
10 acres 1 rood 39 perches.
Being portion of Sections 18 and 19, Block V, and Section 14, Block IV; coloured pink.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 30 acres 0 roods 5 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 5 and 14, Block IV, and Sections 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block V; coloured green.

All situated in Lee Stream Survey District.
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of August, 1933.
