A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Block B, Otakou Native Reserve, described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 29 perches. Situated in Block B, Otakou Native Reserve.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/654, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2644, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of August, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 5 acres 0 roods 22 perches. Adjoining or passing through Omahuta No. 34 Block, Block 111, Mangamuka Survey District, and Block XV, Maungataniwha Survey District, and Crown land, Block XV, Maungataniwha Survey District. In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 80903, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
