CASTOR OIL BAY LAND COMPANY, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of CASTOR OIL BAY LAND COMPANY, LIMITED
(in Liquidation).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the company
held at No. 16 Yorkshire House, Shortland Street,
Auckland, on Monday, 21st August, 1933, the following
resolution was passed :—
“That it is proved to its satisfaction that the company
cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and
that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly
that the company be wound up, and that CHARLES FRANKLIN
SANDERS, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby
appointed Liquidator.”
All claims against the said company must be made to the
Liquidator at the address given below on or before 20th
September, 1933.
