Amending Order in Council of 21st February, 1927, licensing A. W. Bryant, Ltd., of Auckland, to occupy a Part of the Foreshore near Waiaro, Coromandel Peninsula, Hauraki Gulf, for the Purpose of taking Shingle.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of August, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the third day of the following month, at page 554, Frederick Augustus Macdonald, of Colville, Coromandel, was licensed to occupy a part of the foreshore near Waiaro, Coromandel Peninsula, Hauraki Gulf, for the purpose of taking away the shingle deposited thereon :
And whereas the said license was with the consent of the Minister of Marine transferred to A. W. Bryant, Ltd. :
And whereas it is desirable to amend the said Order in Council :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council by revoking the figures “£26” occurring in clauses three and four thereof and substituting therefor the figures “£12”; and doth further order and declare that the said amendment shall take effect on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

Altering and Redefining the Boundaries of the Harapepe Rabbit District.—(Notice No. Ag. 3137.)

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of August, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section thirty-one of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General, at the request of the Board of any rabbit district, may by Order in Council alter and redefine the boundaries of its district :
And whereas the district known as the “Harapepe Rabbit District” has been constituted under and for the purposes of the said Act :
And whereas the Board of the said district has, pursuant to the said section thirty-one of the said Act, requested that the boundaries of its district be altered and redefined, and it is deemed expedient to give effect to such request :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby alter and redefine the boundaries of the said district so constituted as aforesaid, and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said district shall be those set forth in the Schedule hereto, and doth further declare that this Order in Council shall take effect from the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the County of Raglan, in the Parish of Pirongia, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block XI, Alexandra Survey District, where the north-western boundary of Allotment 254, Pirongia Parish, meets the left bank of the Waipa River; thence westerly generally along the north-western boundary of Allotment 254 to and across a public road; thence along the northern boundaries generally of Allotments 260, 259, and 258 to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 261; thence by a right line across a public road and along the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment 261 aforesaid to and across a public road to the eastern boundary of Allotment 246; thence along the eastern and northern boundary of the said Allotment 246 and the northern boundary of Allotment 247 to the Rangitukea Stream; thence up that stream to the north-western boundary of Allotment 204; thence along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 204 and 205 to and across a public road, the north-eastern, northern, and north-western boundaries of Allotment 120, and the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 125A to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 132; thence by a right line across a public road and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 132 to and across a public road; thence along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 142 and a public road to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 133; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 133, 134, 135, and 136, and a public road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 146; thence by a right line and the south-western boundary of Allotment 146 to Allotment 152; thence along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 152, 152A, 153, 154, 155, and 156; thence along the south-western boundary of Allotment 156 to and across a public road; thence along the north-western boundaries of Allotments 157, 282, and 283; thence along the south-western boundary of Allotment 283, to and across a public road, the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 292 and the south-western boundary of Allotment 293 to and across a public road; thence along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Allotment 340 to a public road; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along that road, to and across a public road and the south-western boundary of Allotment 71 to the Waipa River; thence in a northerly direction generally down the left bank of the Waipa River to the point of commencement.

Amending Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Nelson Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of August, 1933.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council of the fourteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, and published in the Gazette of the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 1434, regulations for trout-fishing in the Nelson Acclimatization District described in such Order in Council were made :
And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of the same month, at page 2176, the hereinbefore-recited regulations of the fourteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, were amended :
And whereas it is desirable that such regulations be further amended :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the hereinbefore-recited regulations by revoking in Regulation 13 thereof the words “eleven inches” and substituting therefor the words “twelve inches.”
