Land set apart as an Endowment for Secondary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being portions of road closed and being land which adjoins the endowment for secondary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 18 perches, more or less, being Allotments 181, 182, 183, and 184, Parish of Omaru. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19472o, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 21885.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 64 acres 3 roods 13 perches, more or less, being portion of Allotment 133, Parish of Omaru, the said allotment having been reserved for educational purposes and apportioned for secondary education by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16th December, 1878, page 1780. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19472n, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plans 745 and 21885.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of July, 1933.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Otamatea County, containing by admeasurement 99 acres 0 roods 5 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 134, Parish of Omaru, the said allotment having been reserved for educational purposes and apportioned for secondary education by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 16th December, 1878, page 1780. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 19472e, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged blue. (North Auckland plans 746 and 21885.)

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
W HEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be scenic reserves under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 1, Block I, Purua Survey District: Area, 40 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less. (L. and S. X/91/27.)
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 7, Block III, Rangitaiki Lower Survey District: Area, 55 acres 0 roods 16 perches, more or less. (L. and S. 4/637.)
Also Section 134, Block III, Orahiri Survey District: Area, 23 acres, more or less. (L. and S. 4/663.)
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
