LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 129, folio 181 (Auckland Registry), for part of Allotment 19, Parish of Waipu, being part of the land on D.P. 3496, of which THE WAIPU AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION is the registered proprietor having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from 20th July, 1933.

Dated at the Land Registry Office at Auckland, this 14th day of July, 1933.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of TRUTH (N.Z.), LIMITED, for 8·7 perches, more or less, being part of Sections 214 and 215, City of Wellington, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 110, folio 198 (Wellington Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-after described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month from the date of publication of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
