Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred on him by the Mining Act, 1926,
and of every other power and authority enabling him in this
behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke the undermentioned Orders in Council.

Revoking Orders in Council bringing certain Provisions of
the Mining Act into Force within certain Parts of New
Zealand.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of
July, 1933.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Orders in Council set out in the Schedule
hereto, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section two of
the Mining Amendment Act, 1911, declared that the pro-
visions of the said Orders in Council, set out in the First Schedules
to the said Orders in Council, and including all amendments
thereto, should apply to prospecting and mining for and the
storage of petroleum and other mineral oils and of natural
gas within the districts described therein:
And whereas the said Orders in Council enure for the
purposes of the Mining Act, 1926:
And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Orders in
Council, except with respect to any rights granted there-
under:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers

Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than
Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day
of July, 1933.

THE RIGHT HON. J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Settlement
Board, referred to in section four hundred and forty-two
of the Native Land Act, 1931, as modified by section seven
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1932, and in exercise of
the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit
all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule
hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

RANGATIRA KAPITI 4b Section 2: Approximate area, 3 acres
1 rood 14 perches, being the balance of the land contained in
