MEDICAL REGISTRATION.

I, ELIZABETH FRANCES LOIS LAURIE, M.B., B.S.,
Univ. Sydney, 1933, now residing in Auckland,
hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 7th August
next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the
Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the
evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of
Health at Auckland.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders of the above company duly
convened and held at Clive on the 29th July, 1927, it was
resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
LAURENCE ACKWORTH DENTON, of Hastings, Public
Accountant, be appointed Liquidator at a fee to be arranged,
and that such resolution was duly confirmed at a further
meeting held at the same place on 15th August, 1927.
