COMMENCING on the sea-coast at the mouth of the Kaikorai Stream, and bounded towards the north-west by the Kaikorai Stream and Abbot’s Creek to the Main South Road; thence towards the south by the Main South Road to the road forming the north-western boundary of Section 77, Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence towards the north-west by that road to the north-western boundary of Section 15, Block VI, aforesaid district, a closed road-line, across a road, and by the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Sections 6 and 7, Block VI aforesaid; thence towards the south-west by Sections 7 and 4, Block VI aforesaid, and Sections 2 of 1 and 1 of 1, Block XIII, East Taieri Survey District; thence towards the north generally by the road forming the southern boundary of Sections 1 to 8 and 65, Block IV, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence again towards the south-west by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section 65 aforesaid to the south-western corner of Section 31, Block V, aforesaid district; thence again towards the north by Sections 31, 2 of 32, and 1 of 32, Block V aforesaid, to the north-western corner of Section 30, Wakari Survey District; thence towards the east generally by Section 30 aforesaid, and by across a road, Sections 28, 21, Wakari Survey District, Section 5, Block X, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, across a road, and by that road to Section 58, Block VI, aforesaid district, Sections 58, 59, Block VI aforesaid, Section 129, Wakari Survey District, Sections 15, 16, 17, 18, Lower Kaikorai Survey District, to the Kaikorai Stream, by the right bank of that stream to Section 17 aforesaid, and that section to the boundary of Town Survey District, and by that boundary to Section 42, Block VI, aforesaid town district, and by the western boundary of that section to the Main South Road, easterly along the middle of that road, to and along the middle of the road which runs southerly intersecting Sections 39, 36, Block VI aforesaid, to and along the middle of Corstorphine Road to Section 1018, Ocean Beach Survey District, and the south-western boundary of Sections 101a, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, across a road, the north-eastern side of a road and the production of that road to the ocean; thence towards the south-east generally by the ocean to the place of commencement: excluding the Borough of Green Island.

Notice of Intention to take Land in Block 111, Waiwera Survey District, for the Purposes of a Road.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Post-office at Waiwera, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington.

Result of Poll of Producers within the Hawke’s Bay Provincial District under Part II of the Fruit Control Act, 1924.—(Notice No. Ag. 3125.)
IN accordance with the provisions of section 17 of the Fruit Control Act, 1924, it is hereby notified for public information that the poll under Part II of the said Act, taken on the 28th day of June, 1933, upon the proposal to bring the said Act into operation in so far as it relates to fruit produced in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay and intended for sale for consumption in New Zealand, resulted in the said proposal being not carried.
The following declaration has been forwarded to me by the Returning Officer under the said Act.

I, Robert Williamson Atkinson, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Fruit Control Act, 1924, do hereby declare the result of the poll taken on the 28th June, 1933, pursuant to section 17 of the said Act on the proposal to bring the said Act into operation in so far as it relates to fruit produced in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay and intended for sale for consumption in New Zealand, to be as follows:—
