Position: Lat. 37° 42' N.; long. 123° 00' W. (approx.).
Alteration: About July 1, 1933, Farallon Light will be
changed to show flashing white every 20 seconds; flash,
2-7 seconds; eclipse, 17-3 seconds; of 3,500,000 candle-
power.

flashing. The elevation is 68 ft. (20m 7).
Remarks: Chart No. 2202B has already been corrected by
large correction dated 19th April, 1933.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act,
1932.-Notice of Cancellation of Award.
In the matter of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration
Act, 1925, and its amendments, and in the matter of an
industrial dispute between the Glenmore Brick and Tile
Co., Ltd., and others, applicants, and the Canterbury
Brick, Pottery, Pipe, Tile, and Clay Workers' Industrial
Union of Workers, respondent.
WHEREAS the Conciliation Commissioner, by notice
under his hand dated the 15th day of June, 1933, has
notified the Clerk of Awards that a settlement of the above-
mentioned dispute has not been arrived at by the Council of
Conciliation appointed for the hearing thereof:
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 7 (4)
of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act,
1932, the Canterbury Brick, Pottery, Pipe, and Tile Workers'
award, dated the 16th November, 1925, and published in Book
of Awards, Vol. XXVA, page 1022, is deemed to be cancelled
and ceases to be in force on the expiration of one month from
the date of the Commissioner's notification to the Clerk of
Awards as aforesaid.
Dated at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1933.
