In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of THE MATAURA CO-OPERATIVE RURAL INTER-
MEDIATE CREDIT ASSOCIATION, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-
up of the above-named company by the Supreme
Court was on the 18th day of May, 1933, presented to the
Honourable Mr. Justice Kennedy, a Judge of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, by the Rural Intermediate Credit
Board, a creditor of the said company: And the said petition
is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at
Dunedin, on the 3rd day of August, 1933, at 10.30 o'clock
in the forenoon: And any creditor or contributory of the
said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for
the winding-up of the said company under the above Act
should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel
for that purpose: And a copy of the petition will be furnished
to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring
the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of sections 230 and
252 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting
of the members of the company will be held at the office of
Messrs. Rainbow, Hobbs, and Nesbitt, Tennyson Street,
Napier, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, the 28th June, 1933, for the
purpose of having an account laid before them showing the
manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the
property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any
explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of
determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which
the books, accounts, and documents of the company, and of
the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has been resolved-

"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
NEVILLE PHILLIPS, of the City of Wellington, Company-
manager, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such
winding up."

Supplementary and Extraordinary Gazettes: For the
first 8 pages, 6d.; over 8 pages and not exceeding
32 pages, 9d.; increasing by 3d. for every subsequent
16 pages or part thereof; postage, Id.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line
for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and
any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged
23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding
publication.
