NOTICE is hereby given that the following special resolution was passed by the above-mentioned company on the 30th day of March, 1933 :—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN GRAHAM BUCKLETON, of the City of Wellington, Company-secretary, be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of WAIKATO JOINERY AND TIMBER COMPANY, LIMITED (in liquidation).

SPECIAL resolution of Waikato Joinery and Timber Company, Limited, passed 30th June, 1930 ; confirmed 23rd July, 1930.

At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, Number 7 Ward Street, Hamilton, on Monday, the 30th day of June, 1930, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the company also duly convened and held at the same place, on Wednesday, the 23rd day of July, 1930, the following special resolution was duly confirmed :—

“ That Waikato Joinery and Timber Company, Limited, be wound up voluntarily.”

At the said confirming meeting held on the 23rd day of July, 1930, Mr. A. TOMLINSON was appointed Liquidator of the said company.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of DIGBY E. PERRETT COMPANY, LTD. (in voluntary liquidation).

PURSUANT to section 223 of the Companies Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that on the 8th June, 1933, the following resolution was passed as an extraordinary resolution :—

Resolved : “ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and that Mr. H. B. BURDEKIN, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of winding up the company, and that the Liquidator shall have all powers under and by virtue of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments.”

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit : The formation of a road for which purpose the following lands require to be taken by the Waikato County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, sections 22 and 23, that is to say :—

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 1 rood (more or less), being Section 10, Rangiriri Upper Village, and being part of the land included in Vol. 421, folio 97, of the Register-book at Auckland.

A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is open for inspection at the office of the Te Kauwhata Town Board, Te Kauwhata. All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such works or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing to the Waikato County Council within forty days of the date of the first publication of this notice.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which had for some time past been carried on by FREDERICK ARTHUR HANAN and JOHN STEWART CAULFIELD, at Morrinsville, as Dental Surgeons, under the name of “ Hanan and Caulfield,” was dissolved by mutual arrangement on the 31st day of January, 1933.
