the date of the last balance-sheet); and I make this solemn
declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true, and
by virtue of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

pany duly incorporated under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Act, and carrying on business at Auckland,
in New Zealand, as Merchants.

BY an order made by the Honourable Mr. Justice Smith,
a Judge of this Court, in the above matter, dated the
2nd day of June, 1933, it was ordered by consent that Mr.
Frederick C. Buddle, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be
removed from the office of Liquidator herein, and it was
further ordered by consent that Mr. ROBERT ARTHUR SPINLEY,
of Auckland, aforesaid Public Accountant, be appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of winding up of the above-named
CONTROLS LIMITED subject to the supervision of the Court
in lieu of the said Frederick C. Buddle.

a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act,
1908, and having its registered office at Christchurch.

BY an order made by His Honour Mr. Justice Blair in the
above matter, dated the 2nd day of June, 1933, on the
petition of the South British Insurance Company, Limited, a
duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Auckland, New Zealand, and of Henry John Otley, of Christ-
church, New Zealand, Timber-merchant, it was ordered that
Boyle Brothers, Limited, be wound up by the Court under
the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that the
costs of the petitioning creditors be paid out of the assets
of the company, and that a copy of such order be served on
the company at its registered office.

Auckland, Professional Wrestler, it was ordered by consent
that the above-named CONTROLS LIMITED be wound up
subject to the supervision of this Honourable Court, under
the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that Mr.
FREDERICK C. BUDDLE, of Auckland, Public Accountant,
be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for that purpose.
the petitioning creditor's costs to be as between solicitor and
client to be taxed by the Registrar of this Honourable Court
at Auckland and paid out of the company's assets.
