I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Federation of Women’s Institutes of New Zealand (Incorporated) is no longer in operation, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

NOTICE TO MARINERS No. 2 OF 1933.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA.—WEST COAST.—FLINDERS, PRICE, AND FOUR HUMMOCKS ISLANDS.—INTENDED ALTERATION IN LIGHTS.

REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 10 of 1914, mariners and others are hereby notified that on or about October 9th, 1933, the characteristics of the three (3) above-mentioned lights will be altered as follows:—

Flinders Island—
Lat. 33° 41′ S. Long. 134° 31′ E.
Light at present flashing 20 times per minute. To flash 15 times per minute.

Price Island—
Lat. 34° 42′ S. Long. 135° 17′ E.
Light at present flashing 30 times per minute. To flash 10 times per minute.

Four Hummocks—
Lat. 34° 47′ S. Long. 136° 1⅓′ E.
Light at present flashing 7½ times per minute. To flash 5 times per minute.

In other respects the lights will remain unchanged.
No further notice will be issued.

Settlement Land in Hawke’s Bay Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.

District Lands and Survey Office,
Napier, 7th June, 1933.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 10th July, 1933.

Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Napier, on Thursday, 13th July, 1933, at 10 a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.

The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
