WESTPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE AS SECURITY FOR LOAN OF £3,520 FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAYING THE BALANCE OWING IN RESPECT OF A LOAN OF £6,000 AND ALSO OF LOANS OF £1,100 AND £1,000.
Extract from the minutes of proceedings of the Westport Borough Council at the ordinary meeting of the said Council held on Wednesday, the 10th day of May, 1933.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and the Local Legislation Act, 1932-33, the Westport Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :-
"That, for the purpose of providing the principal, interest, and other charges on a loan of £3,520, authorized to be raised by the Westport Borough Council under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of repaying the balance owing in respect of a loan of £6,000, raised in the year 1912 for the construction of waterworks and for the purpose of refunding to the District Fund of the Council the sum of £1,420 paid out of such fund for the purpose (together with accrued sinking funds) of repaying loans of £1,100 and £1,000, raised in the years 1912 and 1913 respectively for the construction of swimming-baths and for fire-brigade purposes respectively, the said Westport Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-eighths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Borough of Westport, comprising the whole of the Borough of Westport, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 16½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
We, the undersigned, Mayor and Town Clerk of the Borough of Westport, do hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at the ordinary meeting of the Westport Borough Council, held on Wednesday, the 10th day of May, 1933.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given of the following entry in the minute-book of BOHUNK AIRWAYS, LIMITED, a private company having its registered office at Auckland, such entry having been signed by all members of the company.
Resolved "That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that WALTER WILLIAM KING, of Auckland, be appointed and he is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

I, HAROLD BEANLAND WALTON, Assistant Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of an Order granted in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, dated the 15th day of May, 1933, hereby give notice that the name of LUCKY CHANCE KAWARAU CLAIMS, LIMITED, has been restored to the Register of Companies, and, pursuant to the Companies Act, 1908, the said company is deemed to have continued in existence as if its name had never been struck off the said Register.
