Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Whangape Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
2 0 22·9 Section 7; coloured blue.
1 0 25·2 Section 6; coloured red.

Situated in Block VII, Whangape Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26767.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84566, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1933.

Lands in the Westland Land District declared to be subject to Section 133 of the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Land Board of the Westland Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-four of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Land Act, 1924; and I do further fix three years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent and general rates.

SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 3185, Block VII, Waimea Survey District: 1st July, 1933.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1933.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

PART Section 104, Block V, Hukerenui Survey District, containing 1 rood (now known as Section 111, Block V, Hukerenui Survey District).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 19th day of January, 1933.
