IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

matter of EMPIRE PRODUCTS, LIMITED (in Voluntary
Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-
named company, which is being voluntarily wound
up, are required on or before the 20th day of February, 1933,
being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned,
to send their names and addresses, particulars of their debts
and claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors,
if any, to John Howard Barnett, Public Accountant, Huddart
Parker Buildings, Wellington, the Liquidator of the said
company, and, if so required, by notice in writing by the said
Liquidator are, or their solicitors, to come in and prove their
said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified
in such notices, or in default thereof they will be excluded from
the benefits of any distribution made before such debts are
proved.

BRITISH IMPERIAL PAINTS, LIMITED.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the
matter of a private company called BRITISH IMPERIAL
PAINTS, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company,
on the 23rd day of November, 1932, passed the
following resolution as an extraordinary resolution:—

“ That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue
to operate, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and
accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

The Liquidator appointed for the purposes of such winding-

business carried on by J. H. McMahon, late of Surrey

matter of THE PAPUAN MINERALS PROSPECTING COMPANY,
LTD. (IN LIQUIDATION).

THE following special resolution was passed at an extra-
ordinary meeting of shareholders on the 19th December,
1932, and subsequently confirmed on the 17th January, 1933:—

“ That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that
OSCAR W. B. ANDERSON be and is hereby appointed Liquidator
of the company for the purposes of such winding-up.”

CHATHAM ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the
provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute
a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road—
and for the purpose of such public work the land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken:

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the County Council’s
office at Waitangi, Chatham Islands, and is there open for
inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of
the said public work or by the taking of the said land should,
if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution
of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth
the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty
days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington.
