Including Additional Land in Tauranga Development Scheme.
WHEREAS notice was published in the Gazette of the
10th December, 1931, of the Native Minister's intention to apply the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23
of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims
Adjustment Act, 1929, to Kaitimako A and other Blocks,
and known as the Tauranga Development Scheme:
Now, therefore, I, the said Native Minister, do decide to
apply the provisions of section 522 of the Native Land Act,
1931, to the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
as a part of such scheme, and hereby give notice of my
intention accordingly.
No owner, except with the consent of the Native Minister,
is entitled to exercise any rights of ownership in connection
with the land affected so as to interfere with or obstruct the
carrying-out of the development scheme.

Revocation of Order prohibiting Issue of Money-orders and
Transmission of Postal Correspondence for J. Mullin,
Christchurch.
WHEREAS the Postmaster-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, on the 10th day of April, 1933, issued
an order under the provisions of section 32 of the Post and
Telegraph Act, 1928, prohibiting the issue of money-orders
in favour of and the transmission within New Zealand of
postal packets addressed to the person whose name and
address appear in the Schedule hereto on the ground that such
person was engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery
or scheme of chance; and whereas the Postmaster-General
is satisfied that the person concerned is no longer engaged in
such business, he hereby rescinds the above-mentioned order,
and orders that money-orders for such person shall be issued,
when required, and that postal packets addressed to such
person shall be registered, forwarded, and delivered in due
course.

Postal Correspondence.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
having reasonable ground for supposing that the persons whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule
hereunder are engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery
or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of
the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in
favour of either of the said persons shall be issued, and that
no postal packet addressed to either of the said persons (either
by his or her own or any fictitious or assumed name), or
addressed to either of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder
without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the
Post Office of New Zealand.
