In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Alexander Allan, Percival Evelyn Buckrell, Martin Patrick Ford, Ernest Edward Gillon, and Arthur Owen Penwarden to be inspectors under the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 29th day of April, 1933.

Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

Amendments to the Regulations under the Public Service Act, 1912.
In pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred on him by the Public Service Act, 1912 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), the Commissioner, with the approval of the Governor-General in Council, doth hereby, in respect of the regulations made under the said Act on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and the amendments thereof made from time to time under the provisions of the said Act, make the amendment shown in the Schedule hereto.
Such amendment shall have effect on and from the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
REGULATION 101 (1) is hereby amended by adding thereto the following proviso:-
"Provided that no appeal shall be considered by the Commissioner or submitted to the Board of Appeal unless the appellant has forwarded to the Commissioner a receipt for the payment of a fee of 10s. 6d. to the Public Account at some branch of the Bank of New Zealand. Such fee shall be refunded to the appellant in any case in which the appeal is allowed."

His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of section 49 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, been pleased to make the following appointments:- Michael Rotohiko Jones, to be a member of the Ohawe Domain Board, in place of Edward Morrissey, resigned; William Moffitt, to be a member of the Waikaia Domain Board, in place of Colin Robertson, deceased; Geoffrey Middleton Curtis, to be a member of the Tiraumea Domain Board, in place of Charles Liverton, deceased; James Selby, to be a member of the Tahora Domain Board, in place of Gordon Edwin Anderson, left the district; Ivan James Huston Curlett, to be a member of the Frasertown Domain Board, in place of Ernest John Nash, resigned; Wilfred Allen, to be a member of the Motutara Domain Board, in place of George Leonard Campbell, resigned; John Herbert Nicholson and Henry Melville Tredenham Carlyon, to be members of the Tokoroa Domain Board, in place of Raymond Thomas Dykes and Alfred Boyton Walker, left the district; Neil McPhee and Leonard Small, to be members of the Hawea Domain Board, in place of William Patrick Cotter, deceased, and David Kane, left the district.

His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of section 46 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, been pleased to increase the number of members of the Motutara Domain Board from seven to eight; and to appoint Douglas Kilgour as the additional member thereby rendered necessary.
