As the same are more particularly delineated on Plan 125/52, deposited with the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of April, 1933.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the provisional State forests described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forests.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 12,564 acres 0 roods 18 perches, more or less, and described as follows :—
All that area, containing by admeasurement 1,150 acres, more or less, being Provisional State Forest No. 86 (Gazette, 1920, page 3138—ordinary provisional State forest), situated in Block VIII, Waipoua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Toward the east by Sections, 23, 13, and 30, Block VIII aforesaid, and the Waima River ; towards the south by Sections 31 and 25, Block VIII aforesaid ; and towards the west and north-west by a public road.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 3,522 acres 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest No. 85 (Gazette, 1920, page 3137, and Gazette, 1920, page 3265—ordinary provisional State Forest), situated in Blocks VI, VII, and IX, Waipoua Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the south-east by Section 9, Block VII aforesaid ; towards the south and east by Section 6, Block VII aforesaid ; again towards the south by Section 4, Block VII aforesaid ; towards the north-east by a public road ; again towards the south by Section 27, Block X, Waipoua Survey District ; towards the west by Waipoua 2a 2, 2a 3a, and 2a 3b Blocks ; towards the south-west and again towards the south-east by Waipoua 2a 3b Block aforesaid ; again towards the south-west by the Tasman Sea ; towards the north-west by Waipoua 2b 2b 6 Block ; again towards the south-west by Waipoua 2b 2b 6, 2b 2b 5, 2b 2b 4, 2b 2b 3, and 2b 2b 1 Blocks ; again towards the west by the Waipoua River ; again towards the north-east and north-west by Waipoua 2b 3a 1 Block ; again towards the north-east, north-west, again towards the north-east, towards the north, and again towards the west by a State Forest (Gazette, 1924, page 587, Gazette, 1923, page 2540, and Gazette, 1906, page 1429) ; and again towards the north-east by a public road : save and excepting all public roads and Waipoua No. 2c Block.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 6,378 acres 0 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Provisional State Forest No. 82 (Gazette, 1921, page 2134, and Gazette, 1924, page 207—ordinary provisional State forest), situated in Block VIII, Hokianga, Block XIII, Waoku, and Blocks I, II, and V, Waipoua Survey Districts, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the east by a provisional State forest (Gazette, 1920, page 3138) and a State forest (Gazette, 1906, page 1429) ; towards the north and again towards the east by the said State forest ; towards the south-east by a State forest (Gazette, 1923, page 2540) and Waipoua 2b 3c Block ; towards the south-west generally by a road reserve, Sections 6, 5, 10, 9, 8, and 7, Block I aforesaid, again by a road reserve, Section 11, Block I aforesaid, again by a road reserve, by a Native reserve, Block VIII aforesaid, and again by a road reserve ; towards the west by Section 3, Block VIII, aforesaid ; and again towards the north by Sections 1 and 2, Block VIII aforesaid : save and excepting all public roads.
Also all that area, containing by admeasurement 1,513 acres 1 rood 39 perches, more or less, being Provisional State Forest No. 83 (Gazette, 1920, page 3137—ordinary provisional State forest), situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Waoku Survey District, and bounded generally as follows : Towards the east and south by a State forest (Gazette, 1906, page 1429) ; towards the west by Sections 31 and 21, Block XIII aforesaid (provisional State forest—Gazette, 1920, page 3138) ; and towards the north by Sections 25, 26, 28, 23, 24, 9, and Lot 2 of 6, Block XIV aforesaid : save and excepting all public roads and a quarry reserve (Gazette, 1930, page 2075).
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 7/18, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
