Revoking the Reservation over Portion of a Scenic Reserve in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is portion of a reserve duly set apart for scenic purposes:
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes by reason of the absence of bush of scenic value thereon:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 37 perches, more or less, being par. Allotment 223 (scenic reserve), Pepepe Parish, situate in Block III, Newcastle Survey District: Bounded towards the north-west and north generally by Section 4, Block III, Newcastle Survey District, 101-2, 235-9, 376-5, and 6-1 links; towards the north-east by a public road, 238-5 links; and towards the south generally by other part Allotment 223, Pepepe Parish, 79-6, 95-9, 272-1, 258-1, and 243-9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2783, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1933.

Land set apart as an Addition to a Recreation Reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed streets described in the First Schedule hereto, which said pieces pass through the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said recreation reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 19-1 perches, more or less, being Section 74, Block II, Maketu Survey District, formerly portions of Atuaroa and Otawa Streets, and First and Second Avenues, Atuaroa Village, closed by Gazette, 1933, page 6. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2241b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL those areas in the Auckland Land District, containing together by admeasurement 19 acres 0 roods 11-65 perches, more or less, being parts Blocks I, II, III, and IV, and Blocks VII and VIII, Atuaroa Village, and being the areas described in the Schedule to the Warrant published in the Gazette of the 15th September, 1932, at page 1998.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of April, 1933.
