IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the second section of the Timber-floating Act, 1908, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify that the undermentioned stream and tributaries may be used under license for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
The Mohaka River and its tributaries in the Counties of Wairoa, Hawke’s Bay, and Taupo, in the Land Districts of Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, and Auckland.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 5th day of January, 1933.
