Parish of Taupiri (Auckland University College Endow-
ment).
Situated in Block IX, Hapuakohe Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 26864.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85384,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
April, 1933.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mahurangi Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Wellington
of a Width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject
to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of
April, 1933.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in
this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby authorize the Wellington City Council to permit the
laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule
hereto of a width of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than
forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part
of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting
the said street (with the exception of Lot 1, Deeds Plan 486)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of
the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street off Harrold Street, in the Wellington
Land District, City of Wellington, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, being portion of
Section 10, Ohiro District, Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey
District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 85273, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Nelson Land District, City of
Nelson, to be known as Endeavour Street Extension, containing
by admeasurement 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, being por-
tion of Section 1087A, City of Nelson. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85395,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
