WELLINGTON, THURSDAY, APRIL 20, 1933.

ERRATUM.—In the Regulations relating to Passenger-services under Transport Licensing Act, published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 26, on 13th April, page 740, Regulation 21 (e) (1)—Fees, should read “£3” not “3s.”

Land taken for Street Purposes and in Connection with Street-widening in the Borough of Napier.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street-widening, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Napier as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken for street purposes:—

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken in connection with street-widening: 2·94 perches.

Being portion of Town Section 138; coloured pink.

All situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).

All in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of April, 1933.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a wireless-station site; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 37·5 perches.

Being part Allotment 251a, Takapuna Parish.

Situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27227.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85404, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of April, 1933.
