NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth.

The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932.—Notice of Cancellation of Awards.
In the matter of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its amendments, and in the matter of the industrial disputes specified in the First Column of the Schedule hereto.
WHEREAS the Conciliation Commissioner has in the case of each of the said disputes notified the Clerk of Awards that a settlement of the dispute has not been arrived at by the Council of Conciliation appointed for the hearing thereof, and whereas in accordance with section 7 (4) of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Act, 1932, every award or industrial agreement theretofore binding on the parties to the dispute in connection with the industry to which the dispute relates shall be deemed to be cancelled, and shall thereupon cease to be in force on the expiration of one month from the date of the Commissioner’s notification to the Clerk of Awards as aforesaid :
And whereas the date of the Commissioner’s notification to the Clerk of Awards is in each case set forth in the Second Column of the Schedule hereto.
Notice is hereby given that the Awards specified in the Third Column of the said Schedule are deemed to be cancelled and cease to be in force on the expiration of one month from the respective dates set forth in the Second Column of the said Schedule.

Notice to Owner of Land under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), Unclaimed Lands.
To the owner of that parcel of land containing 40 acres, more or less, being south-eastern part of Allotment 208, Parish of Pukeatua, County of Eden: Bounded on the north by a road 100 links wide, 780 links; on the south-east by Allotments 209, 229, and 230, 4850 links; on the south-west by Allotment 181, 1120 links; and on the north-west by other part of Allotment 208, 4260 links: which said parcel of land was granted to JAMES McCOOL, of Shortland, Miner, by Crown Grant, dated 9th day of January, 1869.
WHEREAS after due inquiry the owner of the above-described land cannot be found:
And whereas the said owner has no known agent or agents in New Zealand:
Now the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner within six months from the date of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he does not do so the Public Trustee will exercise with regard to the said land all the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be opened for sale or selection in terms of the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o’clock p.m., on Monday, 22nd May, 1933.
Applicants should appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Wednesday, 24th May, 1933, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board, or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The land may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease.
