Certain Lands in respect of which there are no Electors included
in the Borough of Onehunga.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me
by section one hundred and thirty-four of the Municipal
Corporations Act, 1920, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the Borough of
Onehunga are hereby altered so as to include within the
limits of the said borough the lands described in the Schedule
hereto, being lands in respect of which there are no electors,
adjacent to the said borough.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated
in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement
1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being land reclaimed
from the sea (Manukau Harbour), being the whole of the
land contained on a plan numbered 23500, deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland: Bounded,
commencing at a point bearing 267° 44' and distant 36-21 links
from an iron spike numbered VIII as shown on deposited plan
23500 aforesaid; towards the north-west by a right line
bearing 46° 32' distance 10 links to the boundary of Onehunga
Borough as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1927, page 227 ;
thence towards the north generally by that boundary to a
point bearing 224° 46' and distant 17-6 links from an iron
spike numbered II shown on plan 23500 aforesaid; thence
towards the south-east and south generally by right lines
bearing 204° 54', distance 15-0 links, and bearing 294° 54',
distance 592-26 links, by a concave arc of a circle of length
256-23 links and radius 615-34 links, and again by right lines
bearing 271° 02' 30', distance 1002-45 links, bearing 316° 32',
distance 418-47 links to the point of commencement: Be all
the aforesaid admeasurements a little more or less. As the
same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked
L. and S. 23/540, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District
situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by
admeasurement 3 roods, more or less, being land reclaimed
from the sea (Manukau Harbour), and being the whole of
the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 639, folio 125
(Auckland Register), and shown in plan numbered 23742,
lodged in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland:
Bounded, commencing at a point bearing 215° 52' and distant
32-1 links from an iron spike numbered II shown on plan 23742
aforesaid; towards the south-west by a concave arc of length
204-21 links and radius 485-17 links, and by a right line
bearing 139° 01', distant 1499-72 links, to the boundary of
the Borough of Onehunga as described in New Zealand Gazette,
1927, page 227; thence towards the north generally by that
boundary to a point bearing 24° 54' and distant 15-0 links
from the commencing-point; thence towards the north-west
by a right line bearing 204° 54', distance 15-0 links to the
point of commencement: Be all the aforesaid admeasure-
ments a little more or less. As the same is more particularly
delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 23/540, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District,
situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing
by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less,
being land reclaimed from the sea (Manukau Harbour), being
Lot 1 on plan 24425, deposited in the office of the District
Land Registrar at Auckland and being part of the land
contained in certificate of title, Vol. 639, folio 116 (Auckland
Register): Bounded, commencing at a point being the
intersection of the southern side of Queen Street with the
Onehunga Borough boundary as described in New Zealand
Gazette, 1927, page 227; on the south-west generally by
right lines bearing 286° 56', distance 276-33 links; bearing
285° 36', distance 20-48 links; bearing 289° 38', distance
33-18 links; bearing 292° 20', distance 33-68 links; bearing
295° 58', distance 33-73 links; bearing 299° 02', distance
32-01 links; bearing 300° 54', distance 35-22 links; bearing
303° 09', distance 33-3 links; bearing 306° 15', distance
34-41 links; bearing 310° 01', distance 33-74 links; bearing
313° 32', distance 33-08 links; bearing 315° 58', distance
33-6 links; bearing 320° 01', distance 34-83 links; bearing
321° 34', distance 34-35 links; bearing 324° 51', distance

bearing 133° 59', distance 806-44 links to and by the Onehunga
Borough boundary aforesaid to the point of commencement:
Be all the aforesaid admeasurements a little more or less. As
the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked
L. and S. 23/540, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in the North Auckland Land District
situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by
admeasurement 9 perches, more or less, being land reclaimed
from the sea (Manukau Harbour) being Lot 2 on a plan
numbered 24425, deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at Auckland, and being part of the land contained
in certificate of title, Vol. 639, folio 116 (Auckland Register):
Bounded, commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 1
on plan 24425 aforesaid; towards the west by a right line
bearing 353° 09', distance 395-0 links to the boundary of
Borough of Onehunga as described in New Zealand Gazette,
1927, page 227; thence towards the east by that boundary
to the point of commencement: Be the aforesaid admeasure-
ment a little more or less. As the same is more particularly
delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 23/540, deposited in
the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion this 1st day of
April, 1933.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of March, 1933.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of that Dominion, and in pursuance of the authority
to make regulations for the peace, order, and good government of the
Territory of Western Samoa conferred upon him by the Samoa Act, 1921,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, doth
hereby order as follows:—

  1. This Order may be cited as the Samoa Post and Telegraph
    Amendment Order, 1933, and shall be read with and form part of the
    Samoa Post and Telegraph Order, 1920 (hereinafter referred to as “the
    principal Order”).
