A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the City of Wellington described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 3·51 perches.

Being portion of Section 32, Karori district; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

STREET CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 3·92 perches.

Adjoining or passing through part Section 32, Karori district, and part Lot 66, D.P. 1871; coloured green.

All situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2769.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Glenkenich Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 19 acres 1 rood 7 perches adjoining or passing through Sections 3, 8, 9, 12, and 1410R.

Situated in Block XII, Glenkenich Survey District (Otago R.D.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85278, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being a piece of road closed and being land which intersects the endowment for primary education described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, and being eight portions of closed road now together known as Section 1411R, Block IV, Akatore Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 20/633A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,110 acres 3 roods 4 perches, more or less, being sections 1 of 31, 2 of 31, 1 of 44, 2 of 44, 45, part 32, part 33, part 34, part 38, part 39, part 40, part 41, part 42, part 43, Block IV, 17, part 6, part 9, part 11, part 12, part 13, Block VII, 3 to 9, 12 to 16, 19, 21, part 1, part 2, part 11, part 22, Block IX, and closed road, Vol. 67, folio 57, Akatore Survey District, but excluding from the above nine intersecting public roads and closed road section 1411R, Block IV, Akatore Survey District. As the same is more particularly shown on plan marked L. and S. 20/633B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
