Education Reserves in Otago Land District for Lease by Public Auction.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Dunedin, 14th March, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned education reserves will be offered for lease by public auction at the District Lands and Survey Office, Dunedin, at 2.30 p.m. on Thursday, 20th April, 1933, under the provisions of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, and the Public Bodies’ Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
Town of Oamaru.
Section 18, Block LXXXV: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rent, £3 15s.
Weighted with £320 for improvements (to be paid for in cash), consisting of five-roomed dwelling, paths, fencing. The section is situated on the rise in Mersey Street, about one mile from Oamaru Post-office.
Town of Hawksbury.
Section 3, Block LVI: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rent, 5s.
Situated in Borough of Waikouaiti.
Town of Beauty.
Section 2: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 29 perches. Upset annual rent, 10s.
Weighted with £60 for improvements (to be paid for in cash), consisting of cottage, hut, fowlhouse, and fencing. The section is situated at southern end of main traffic bridge over the Taieri River on the face of a slip.
Town of Kaitangata.
Section 11, Block II: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rent, £1.
Weighted with £394 for improvements (to be paid for in cash), consisting of dwelling, washhouse, coalhouse, henhouse, and fencing.
Section 13, Block XI: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rent, £1.
Section 22, Block III: Area, 1 rood. Upset annual rent, £1.
The sections are situated in the Borough of Kaitangata within easy distance of Post-office and Railway-station.
Term of lease: Twenty-one years from 1st July, 1933, with perpetual right of renewal for further similar terms.

APPPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the AOTEА DISTRICT MAORI LAND BOARD as lessor under memorandum of lease No. 12348, of all that parcel of land containing 1,955 acres, more or less, being the block of land known as Te Poutahi, situate in Block IX, Rarote Survey District, and Block V, Makotuku Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 247, folio 136 (Wellington Registry), of which Werahiko Aterea Pukehika, Kaiwhare Para Ratana, Te Urimingi Para Ratana, all of Parikino, Farmers, are the registered lessees, I hereby give notice that I will register such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
