NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are hereunder set forth.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the Lands Office, Knox Street, Hamilton, on Wednesday, 19th April, 1933, at 11 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Raglan County.—Rangiriri Survey District.
SECTION 2A, Block X: Area, 10 acres 0 roods 1 perch. Upset price, £40.
The section is situated on the Huntly—Ruawaro Road, approximately eight miles and a half from Huntly Post-office by a formed and metalled road.
Easy undulating section, of which 9¾ acres have been ploughed and which are now in turnip fallow, the balance being in its natural state—teatree, &c.
B
The soil is a medium quality friable clay resting on clay formation.
Elevation ranges from 80 ft. to 100 ft. above sea-level.

Land in Otago Land District for Sale or Selection.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Dunedin, 14th March, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned land will be opened for sale or selection in terms of the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Dunedin, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday, 10th April, 1933.
Applicants should appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Dunedin, on Wednesday, 12th April, 1933, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board, or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The land may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—THIRD-CLASS LAND.
Clutha County.—Catlins Survey District.
(Exempt from the payment of rent or interest for four years.)
SECTION 61, Block IV: Area, 312 acres 1 rood 24 perches. Capital value, £100. Deposit on deferred payments, £5; deferred payments, half-yearly instalment, £3 1s. 9d.; renewable lease, half-yearly rent, £2.
The section, which is in bush, is situated on Chloris Creek Road, about six miles from Tahatika School and fourteen miles from Owaka Railway-station and Dairy Factory. The soil is of a light loam resting on clay and part rock formation—watered by creeks and springs.
Special condition.—After payment of first half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, and lease fee, or deposit on deferred payment (as the case may be), no further rent, or such parts of the instalment on deferred payments as consist of interest, will be demanded for four years.
