Land proclaimed as a Road and Road closed in Blocks VIII and XII, Titirangi Survey District, and Blocks V and IX, Otahuhu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Titirangi and Otahuhu Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ROAD CLOSED.

A. R. P. 12 2 9	Land below high-water mark, ordinary spring tides, Manukau Harbour, Puketutu Island, and part Allotment 78, Manurewa Parish, being part Lot 1, D.P. 14765.	{ XII IX	Titirangi Otahuhu }	P.W.D. 85185	Green.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of March, 1933.
