IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of CURLES LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held on the 26th day of January, 1933, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it being proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, it is hereby resolved by way of extraordinary resolution that the company be wound up and that V. N. BEASLEY be appointed Liquidator.”

Dated at Wellington, this 26th day of January, 1933.

In the matter of JONES McCROSTIE COMPANY, LIMITED.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, on the 5th day of January, 1933, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 26th day of January, 1933, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that ARTHUR ROBERT SHERRIS, of Christchurch, Registered Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the office of Messrs. Stewart Beckett and Co., Hereford Street, Christchurch, on the 17th day of January, 1933, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 8th day of February, 1933, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. J. MAWSON STEWART, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”

REGENT STREET, LIMITED.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and of REGENT STREET, LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 2nd day of December, 1932, presented to Mr. Justice Ostler, a Judge of the Supreme Court, by Jean Drysdale Shaw, a creditor of the said company; and the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court at 10 a.m. on the 7th day of March, 1933, at the Supreme Court-house, Christchurch; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same, by the undersigned, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
