EXTRAORDINARY resolution signed by at least three-fourths of the members holding in the aggregate at least three-fourths of the shares in the capital of Fay's Ltd., in accordance with section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908, on the 3rd day of February, 1933:

"That the company having ceased to carry on business, and that it is advisable to wind up same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntary under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that Mr. WILLIAM THOMAS ROBINS BOGGS, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Frederick Cecil Horsford and Sydney Joseph Levy, carrying on business as Photographers, at 68 Willis Street, Wellington, under the name and style of "Wellington Photographic Works," has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 15th day of February, 1933, as from which date the business heretofore conducted by the partners will be carried on by Frederick Cecil Horsford on his own account, and all moneys owing to the Wellington Photographic Works are receivable by and payable to him alone.

FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Feilding Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

That for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a loan of Β£3,500, authorized to be raised by the Feilding Borough Council, under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, for the purpose of repaying an existing loan of Β£3,500, the said Feilding Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 41/256ths (forty-one two hundred and fifty-sixths) of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value), on the valuation roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Feilding, comprising the whole borough, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
