FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF RESOLUTION STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Feilding Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

That for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund on a loan of £3,500, authorized to be raised by the Feilding Borough Council, under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, for the purpose of repaying an existing loan of £3,500, the said Feilding Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 41/256ths (forty-one two hundred and fifty-sixths) of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value), on the valuation roll of all rateable property in the Borough of Feilding, comprising the whole borough, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
