Also all that area containing by admeasurement 252 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section 10, Block XX, Jacobs River Hundred, parts of School and Pourakino Roads, part of Camp Creek Mining Reserve, and part of a tramway reserve, situated in Blocks XIX, XX, and XXI, Jacobs River Hundred, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by part of Section 10 and Sections 11, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 15, Block XXI aforesaid, Sections 4 and 21, Ermendale Road, Sections 12, 13, 18, and 20, Block XX aforesaid, and a road reserve; towards the south by another part of Pourakino Road; towards the south-west by part of Section 37, Block XIX aforesaid, Sections 19, 17, and 25, Block XX aforesaid, and another part of a tramway reserve; towards the south-east by another part of a tramway reserve and Section 11, Block XX aforesaid; again towards the south-west by Section 9, Block XX aforesaid; towards the north-west by Section 7, Block XX aforesaid, and another part of a tramway reserve; again towards the south-west by another part of a tramway reserve and Sections 22, 7, 3, 2, 31, 30, and 29, Block XX aforesaid; again towards the south-east by Sections 29, 28, 27, 26, and 23, another part of a tramway reserve, and Section 2, Block XX aforesaid; again towards the south-west by another part of School Road; again towards the north-west by Sections 7, 9, 33, and 36, another part of a tramway reserve, Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 25, and 26, Block XXI aforesaid; again towards the south-west by Sections 26, 24, 22, 21, 35, 34, and 8, Block XXI aforesaid; and again towards the north-west by another part of Pourakino Road.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 210/9, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revocation of the Reservations of Portions of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as they relate to the two areas of land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamations of the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six, and the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, whereby the said lands (with certain other land) were set apart as permanent State forests, and declare that the reservations thereby effected are (so far as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.


SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL those areas in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 146 acres 2 roods 21 perches, more or less, being parts of State Forest No. 7, and described as follows:—

All that area containing by admeasurement 37 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less (national-endowment State forest), situated in Block VI, Waoku Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north and north-east by Mangawhero K, L, and M Blocks, 800 and 2316·6 links; towards the south-east by other part of State Forest No. 7 (Gazette, 1906, page 1428), 3344·2 links; and towards the west by Section 20, Block VI, Waoku Survey District, 248·0, 286·8, 245·1, 193·8, 374·9, 384·8, and 385·8 links. Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 108 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less (ordinary State forest), being part of Section 1, Block VII, Waoku Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Pukehia No. 2n No. 2, No. 2d No. 1, and No. 2c No. 1 Blocks, 2512·7, 2148·5, and 718·5 links; towards the south-east by other part of Section 1 aforesaid (State forest, Gazette, 1924, page 620), and Section 19, Block VI aforesaid (State forest, Gazette, 1906, page 1428), 1112·4, 975·6, 681·9, 390·7, 709·7, and 392·3 links; and towards the south-west by Section 19 aforesaid and Mangapupu B No. 5a and B No. 4 Blocks, 280·8, 466·0, 327·8, 369·8, 650·0, 679·9, 1024·8, 1151·9, 844·4, and 723·4 links. Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As the same are more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 7/15 and 7/16, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland plans S.O. 23481, 26753, and 26755.)

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the reservation as a permanent State forest of the area of land described in the Schedule hereto (which reservation was effected by section sixty-six of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1915, and do hereby declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District containing by admeasurement 70 acres, more or less, being Section 12, Block III, Wakamarina Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 104/11, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of February, 1933.

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke, so far only as it relates to the areas of land described in the Schedule hereto, the Proclamation of the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and the reservation of the land conveyed to His Majesty the King by Deed of Conveyance No. 17566, Marlborough Registration District, made on the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, whereby the said lands were set apart and acquired respectively for the purposes of a State forest, and do declare that the reservations thereby effected are in respect of that part of the said lands described in the Schedule hereto revoked accordingly.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District containing by admeasurement 325 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 1, Block XVII, and Section 8 and part of Section 1, Block XVIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by another part of Section 1, Block XVIII aforesaid (Dumgree Plantation); towards the south-east by the Awatere River and a public road; towards the south-west by Donald Creek; towards the north-west and again towards the south-west by a cemetery reserve; and again towards the north-west by a public road; save and excepting the intersecting public roads.

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 110/2, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of February, 1933.
