Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block XV,
Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall
vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as
from the date hereinafter mentioned ; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-
seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-three.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 0 roods
6·4 perches.

Being portion of Motukiora J No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block XV, Mangamuka Survey District. (S.O.
27039.)

In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 85026,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand ; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
January, 1933.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Oamaru Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also
do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, shall be protected.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act,
1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the portions of the banks of the
Hutt River described in the Schedule hereto shall be pro-
tected.

SCHEDULE.

ALL those portions of the banks of the Hutt River situated in
Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, and extending from
the Upper Hutt Borough boundary to a point opposite Quinn’s
Tea Rooms.

In the Wellington Land District, as the same is delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 85182, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of
February, 1933.

green.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of

Revocation of the Reservation of Portions of a Permanent State
Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and
pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses
of Parliament, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far
only as it relates to the area of land described in the Schedule
hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-fourth day of February,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, whereby the said
land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent
State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected
is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SOUTHLAND FOREST-CONSER-
VATION REGION.

ALL those areas in the Southland Land District containing
450 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less, and described as
follows :—

All that area containing by admeasurement 198 acres 1 rood
33 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 10 and 11,
Block XXI, Jacobs River Hundred, part of the Pourakino
Riverbank Reserve, and part of Ermendale Road, situated in
Blocks XIII, XX, and XXI, Jacobs River Hundred, and
bounded generally as follows : Towards the north-east by
Sections 13, 14, and 16, Block XXI aforesaid, and Section 6,
Block XX aforesaid ; towards the north by Section 6
aforesaid and Section 29, Block XXI ; aforesaid ; towards
the east by another part of Ermendale Road ; towards the
south by Sections 30, 31, 32, and again by Section 31,
Block XIII aforesaid, and another part of the Pourakino
Riverbank Reserve ; towards the south-west by the Poura-
kino River ; and towards the north-west by another part of
Section 10 aforesaid.
