Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XXXIII,
Town of Havelock, Tuapeka County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Town of Havelock described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 34; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 3·5 Section 32; coloured green.
0 0 20·3 Sections 32, 34, and 35; coloured green.
All situated in Block XXXIII, Town of Havelock (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83186, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1932.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Quarry in Block XI, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 29 perches.
Being portion of Kinohaku East Part 4b 3b 2b 2b Block.
Situated in Block XI, Otanake Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26300.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83147, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of January, 1932.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Rangiriri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 14 acres 0 roods 17·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through parts Allotments 35 and 35A, Whangape Parish.
Situated in Block II, Rangiriri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 25980.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83040, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
