A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Town of Havelock described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
3·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 34; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

All situated in Block XXXIII, Town of Havelock (Otago R.D.).

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 29 perches.
Being portion of Kinohaku East Part 4b 3b 2b 2b Block.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserves set apart by Proclamation dated the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
