NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolution was passed on the 13th day of December, 1932, in the manner provided by section 168 (6) of the Companies Act, 1908 :—

“That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, it is hereby resolved that the company be would up voluntarily, and that EDMUND VINCENT RIESTERER, Hamilton, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
