Classification of Roads in Te Aroha Borough.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Te Aroha Borough’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in Te Aroha Borough.
SCHEDULE.
TE AROHA BOROUGH.
ROADS classified in Class Three: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 10 tons :—
Aroha View Road; August Street; Boundary Street; Brick Street; Bridge Street; Burgess Street; Burke Street; Burns Street; Carlyle Street; Church Street; Ema Street; Emerson Street; Farmer Street; Gallagher Street; George Street; Gordon Road; Hikutaia Street; Honi Street; Islington Street; Jackson Street; Kenrick Street; Koromiko Street; Kotuku Street; Lipsey Street; Longfellow Street; Massey Street; McKenzie Street; Miller Street; Miro Street; Pooles Road; Puriri Street; Rata Street; Rewi Street; Rolleston Street; Russell Avenue; Seddon Street; Shakespeare Street; Short Street; Spencer Street; Stanley Road; Sterling Street; Terminus Street; Waihou Road; Ward Street; Whitaker Street, northwards from Kenrick Street; Wild Street; Wilson Street.
Roads classified in Class Four: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons:—

Classification of Waipoua Forest Main Highway.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby approve of the Main Highways Board’s proposed classification of the Waipoua Forest Main Highway described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROADS classified in Class Four: Available for use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons:—
Waipoua Forest Main Highway: All that road or portion of road in the Hokianga County known as the Waipoua Forest Main Highway, commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Section 24, Block XIV, Waoku Survey District (being approximately the edge of the Waipoua Forest), and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly and southerly direction and terminating at the mid-point of the Waipoua River Bridge over the Waipoua River.
Roads classified in Class Five: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 3 tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons:—
Waipoua Forest Main Highway: All that road or portion of road in the Hobson County known as the Waipoua Forest Main Highway commencing at the mid-point of the Waipoua River Bridge over the Waipoua River and proceeding thence generally in a southerly direction and terminating at its junction with the Waipoua Road at a point known as Newman’s Corner.

Classification of Roads in Thames County.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby alter the Thames County’s proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, and situated in Thames County, and do hereby approve such altered classification as set forth in the said Schedule.

THAMES COUNTY.
ROADS classified in Class Four: Available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons:—
Main Highways.
Pokeno—Waihi Junction to Coromandel Main Highway No. 16 (all that portion within Thames County); Kopu—Raglan, via Te Aroha, Main Highway No. 17 (all that portion within Thames County); Hikutaia—Netherton Ferry Main Highway No. 316 (all that portion within Thames County); Wharepoa Road Main Highway No. 405.
County Roads.
Corbetts Road; Factory North Road; Factory South Road; Maratoto Road; Matatoki Road; Omahu Station Road; O’Neals Road; Puriri—Neavesville Road; Puriri Station Road; Puriri Valley Road; Puriri Wharf Road; Tapu—Coroglen (all that portion within Thames County); Tararu Stream Road; Townsends Road; Warahoe East Road; Warahoe West Road.

Classification of Portion of Pokeno—Wellington Main Highway No. 15.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Transport Department Act, 1929, and the Heavy Motor-vehicle Regulations, 1932, I, Joseph Gordon Coates, Minister of Transport, do hereby declare that that portion of the Pokeno—Wellington, via Gisborne and Wairarapa, Main Highway No. 15, situated within the Te Puke Town District, shall be classified in Class IV, available for the use thereon of any heavy motor-vehicle (other than a multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle), which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 4½ tons, or any multi-axled heavy motor-vehicle which with the load it is carrying weighs not more than 6½ tons.

Ashburton Borough Council.—Cancellation of Unexercised Loan Authority.
In the matter of section 118 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926.
WHEREAS the Ashburton Borough Council has been duly authorized to borrow by way of special loan the sum of one thousand five hundred and seventy-five pounds (£1,575) for redeeming portion of a loan of one thousand eight hundred and fifty pounds (£1,850) maturing 1st April, 1930, and the consent of the Governor-General in Council to the raising of the said loan was given by Order in Council made on the 17th day of December, 1929, and published in the Gazette on the 19th day of the same month, at page 3290 :
