Land set apart as an Endowment for Primary Education.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being road closed and being land which intersects the endowment for primary education, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said endowment.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Section 6R, Block IV, Toetoes Survey District, and being road closed by Proclamation dated the 10th day of December, 1917, and published in the Gazette of the 13th day of December, 1917, page 4486. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 20/590, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District containing by admeasurement 200 acres 0 roods 4.7 perches, more or less, being part Section 6, Block IV, Toetoes Survey District, permanently reserved as an endowment for primary education by notice published in a supplementary Gazette dated 12th June, 1878, page 841.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1932.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 37 perches, more or less, being Allotment 152, Parish of Kaiaka. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 9/2533B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. North Auckland plan 26285.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, containing by admeasurement 42 acres 0 roods 7.97 perches, more or less, being part Lot l and part Lot 2 on D.P. 23629, being formerly Allotments 136 and parts of Allotments l and 135, Parish of Kaiaka, the said Allotment l having been permanently set apart for educational purposes and apportioned for primary education by notice published in N.Z. Gazette of 16th December, 1878, page 1774, and the said Allotments 135 and 136 having been permanently reserved for primary educational purposes by notice published in N.Z. Gazette of 28th September, 1916, page 3127. As the same is delineated on plan marked L. and S. 9/2533c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. North Auckland plan D.P. 23629, 26285 (blue).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Whangarei Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 1 rood 8 perches.
Adjoining Allotment 46 (E.R.), Suburbs of Grahamtown, and Crown land.
Situated in Blocks XIII and XIV, Whangarei Survey District. (S.O. plan 26375.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/513, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2607, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1932.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 15th day of December, 1932.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published at page 2440 in the Gazette of the fourteenth day of the same month, McCallum Brothers, of Auckland, were licensed to occupy a part of the land below low-water mark in the Hauraki Gulf for the purpose of taking away the shingle and sand deposited thereon :
And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said license:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the eleventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.
