Land proclaimed as a Road and Road closed in Block XIII, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Ruakaka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 4 Part Allotment 11; coloured purple.
1 1 10 Allotment 73A; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 0 roods 10 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 226 and 73A; coloured green.

All situated in Block XIII, Ruakaka Survey District (Parish of Waipu), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26903.)

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84834, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-three.

SCHEDULE.

Declaring that Portion of the Banks of the Waitangi-taona River in Blocks XIII and XIV, Wataroa Survey District, shall be protected.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section two hundred and seven of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the banks of the Waitangi-taona River included in the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of land bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 2181, Block I, Waitangi-taona Survey District, and proceeding in a northerly direction along the western boundary of the river reserve and road reserve to a point opposite the north-western boundary of Lot 1 of Section 2183, Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction across the Inangahua Junction—Waiho Main Highway, along the eastern boundary of Richardson Road to its intersection with Loan Block Road; thence in a south-easterly direction along the northern boundary of Lot 1 of E.E.R. 124, Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District, and across the Waitangi-taona River to a point on the western boundary of Section 3134, Block XIV, Wataroa Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction generally along the western boundary of the said Section 3134 and the eastern boundary of Section 3642, Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District, to its southernmost point; and thence across the Inangahua Junction—Waiho Main Highway, and the Waitangi-taona River, to the point of commencement.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84968, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of December, 1932.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 320 and 324, Town of Pirongia West (formerly Town of Alexandra West).

Situated in Block IV, Pirongia Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26718.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84514, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
