Land reserved under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section 46, Village of Leigh. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/501E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of December, 1932.

Declaring Portions of Roads in Blocks I and IX, Wakamarina Survey District, and Blocks V and VIII, Heringa Survey District, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of December, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
SCHEDULE.
(1) THE riverbank road commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 1, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the southern bank of the Pelorus River and terminating at the north-eastern corner of Section 22, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District; marked “A–B” on plan; excluding therefrom the southern approach to the Pelorus Bridge.
(2) The riverbank road commencing at the southernmost corner of part Section 25, Block VIII, Heringa Survey District, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction generally along the northern bank of the Pelorus River and the western bank of the Rai River to a point opposite the northern boundary of part Section 73, Block VIII, Heringa Survey District; marked “C–D” on plan; excluding therefrom the northern approach to the Pelorus Bridge.
(3) The riverbank road commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 67, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally, along the eastern bank of the Rai River, and the northern bank of the Pelorus River to the south-eastern corner of Section 29, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District; marked “E–F” on plan; excluding therefrom the approach to the formed road, passing through the said Section 29.
(4) The riverbank road forming the eastern boundary of Section 10, Block V, Heringa Survey District; marked “G–H” on plan.
(5) The riverbank road forming the eastern boundary of Section 9, Block V, Heringa Survey District; marked “I–J” on plan.
(6) The riverbank road forming the western, southern, and eastern boundaries generally of Section 51, Block I, Wakamarina Survey District; marked “K–L” on plan.
(7) The road passing through Sections 23 and 24, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District; marked “M–N” on plan.
(8) The riverbank road forming the north-western boundary generally of Section 52, Block I, Wakamarina Survey District; marked “O–P” on plan.
All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84934, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
