Land proclaimed as a Road and Road closed in Blocks IX and X, Karioi Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Karioi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Titirangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 3·3 perches.

Being portion of part Allotment 39.

Situated in Blocks VI and VII, Titirangi Survey District (Parish of Waikomiti), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 27053.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84950, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1932.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 5·8 perches.

Being portion of part Allotment 10, Otau Parish.

Situated in Block VII, Opaheke Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26841.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84916, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1932.
