Land proclaimed as a Road and Road closed in Block X, Hunua Survey District, Kaitieke County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hunua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 26·8 Section 32; coloured yellow.
0 2 35·0 Section 29; coloured pink.
0 1 12·5 Section 37; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 27 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 29 and 37; coloured green.

All situated in Block X, Hunua Survey District. (S.O. 2793.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84708, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waimata Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 0 roods 39 perches.

Being portion of Lot 47, D.P. 2189, being part Section 174; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 0 roods 20 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lots 35, 36, 37, and 38, and part Lot 39, D.P. 2189, being part Section 174; coloured green.

All situated in Block VII, Waimata Survey District (Akitio R.D.). (S.O. 2761.)

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84756, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
