Napier Approach.—Buoy Established.

Position: Lat. 39° 28′ S., long. 176° 55½′ E. (approx.).
Chart 2513. 007° 13·8 cables from Ahuriri Bluff Lighthouse.
Details: An unlighted red can buoy has been moored in
the above position in a depth of 42 ft. M.L.W.S.
After passing Pania Rock, vessels approaching the anchorage
and drawing 22 ft. or more, should pass southward of the
buoy before getting the main leading beacons in line. Vessels
of lesser draught may use the channel between this buoy and
the line of main leading beacons.

Declaration of election of members of the Fireblight Committee of the Wairarapa Commercial Fruitgrowing District.

I, JOHN GRAY, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Fireblight Committee elections under the Fireblight Committee Regulations, 1928, do hereby declare that the following candidates have been duly nominated for the election of members of the Fireblight Committee of the Wairarapa Commercial Fruitgrowing District, nominations for which closed at Wellington at noon on the 30th day of November, 1932:—

Bannister, Edwin Masters.
Broadbent, Archibald Maltby.
Kidd, James Hutton.
Minton, John Herbert.
Tate, Walter Askin.

As the number of candidates nominated does not exceed the number of members to be elected (five), I hereby declare the said Edwin Masters Bannister, Archibald Maltby Broadbent, James Hutton Kidd, John Herbert Minton, and Walter Askin Tate to be duly elected.
