New Zealand Honey-control Board.—Declaration of Election of Producers’ Representative.
I, ROBERT WILLIAMSON ATKINSON, Returning Officer for the purposes of the Honey-export Control Act, 1924, and the regulations made thereunder, hereby declare
Walter Watson,
who was the only person nominated on the 21st day of November, 1932, to be duly elected a producers’ representative on the Board for the biennial period ending the 31st December, 1934.

Alteration in Lights.
- NAVULA PASSAGE LIGHT.
Position: Lat. 17° 55′ S., long. 177° 13′ E. (approx.).
Abridged description: Fl. ev. 4½ sec. 42 ft. (U).
Alteration: On or about 3rd December the character of the light will be altered from fixed to flashing every four and a half seconds, thus: Flash 0·3 sec., eclipse 4·2 sec.
- NAIKOROKORO LIGHT.
Position: Lat. 17° 39′ S., long. 177° 23′ E. (approx.).
Abridged description: Gp. Fl. (2) ev. 6 sec. 42 ft. 10 M. (U).
Alteration: On or about 10th December the character of the light will be altered from fixed to group flashing every six seconds thus: Flash 0·3 sec., eclipse 1·0 sec., flash 0·3 sec., eclipse 4·4 sec.
- VIO ISLAND LIGHT.
Position: Lat. 17° 36′ S., long. 177° 26′ E. (approx.).
Abridged description: Fl. ev. 3 sec. 25 ft. 5 M. (U).
Alteration: On or about 16th December the fixed green light will be replaced by a flashing white light every three seconds, thus: Flash 0·3 sec., eclipse 2·7 sec.
NOTE.—The light is visible all round except when obscured by coconut-trees southward of the light.
- LEVUKA HARBOUR.—SOUTH ENTRANCE.
Position: Lat. 17° 41′ S., long. 178° 52′ E. (approx.).
Abridged description: Fl. ev. 1½ sec. 31 ft. 5 M. (U).
Alteration: The character of the light has been altered from occulting to flashing every one and a half seconds, thus: Flash 0·15 sec., eclipse 1·35 sec.
The lights are unwatched. Temporary fixed white lights will be exhibited from Nos. 1, 2, and 3 for several days prior to the alteration.

Notice to Mariners No. 59 of 1932.

EXHIBITION OF LIGHT ON HAWERA WATER TOWER.
A PERMANENT lighted beacon, consisting of sixteen 10 ft. tubes in Neon Flame (red), which is being erected by the Hawera Borough Council on the upper part of the Water Tower will be completed and burning on or about 10th December.
The tower, 160 ft. high, is erected on a site approximately 350 ft. above sea-level, and is situated in about the centre of the township as shown on Chart 2054 in lat. 39° 35′·3 S., long. 174° 17′·8 E. (approx.).
The light will burn nightly from sunset to 2 a.m., and will be visible seaward for a considerable distance.

Details: The wireless fog signal will be transmitted for 4 min. 50 sec., every ten minutes:—
