Being railway land.

Situated in Block IV, Ohura Survey District (Taranaki
R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84666,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
November, 1932.

Lands set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
lands described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State
forest.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL those areas in the Marlborough Land District containing
by admeasurement 2,895 acres, more or less, being Section 14,
Block XI, and Section 7, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey
District, and being formerly reserved for climatic and water-
conservation purposes and for the growth and preservation
of timber (Gazette 1912, page 3312). As the same are more
particularly delineated on plan No. 104/9 deposited in the
Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of
December, 1932.

Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall
be, and the same is hereby, set apart and declared open for
disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under
special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 47, Block II, Waihi South Survey District: Area,
20 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
November, 1932.

Section 133 of the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the Land Board of the Nelson Land District
has recommended that the Crown tenants of the
lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded
relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which they
have no control preventing the profitable occupation of such
lands :

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred
and thirty-four of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim and declare the lands enumerated in the
Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one
hundred and thirty-three of the Land Act, 1924; and I do
further fix four years from the date mentioned in the said
Schedule as the period for which the said lands shall be
exempt from payment of rent and general rates.


SCHEDULE.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

Sections 3 and 4, Block VII, Mokihinui Survey District:
1st July, 1933.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of
November, 1932.

conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the
provisional State forests described in the Schedule hereto
as permanent State forests.


SCHEDULE.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL those areas in the Marlborough Land District containing
by admeasurement 49,995 acres, more or less, and described
as follows:—

All that area containing by admeasurement 250 acres,
more or less, being formerly Provisional State Forest No. 151
(Gazette 1924, page 114), situated in Blocks III and IV, Tenny-
son Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards
the north and east by State Forest (Gazette 1881, page 959);
towards the south-east by Section 6, Block III, aforesaid;
and towards the south by Section 1, Block III, and Sections 6
and 5, Block IV, aforesaid.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 80 acres,
more or less, being formerly Provisional State Forest No. 152
(Gazette 1924, page 114), situated in Block III, Tennyson
Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards
the north and east by State Forest (Gazette 1881, page 959);
towards the south-east by Tumkino Stream; and towards
the south-west by Section 6, Block III, aforesaid.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 300 acres,
more or less, being formerly Provisional State Forest No. 28
(Gazette 1919, page 1290), situated in Block XV, Wakamarina
Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards
the east by Sections 2 and 4, Block XV, aforesaid; towards
the south by Section 1, Block XV, aforesaid; towards the
west by State Forest (Gazette 1881, page 959); and towards
the north by the Waikaihu Stream.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 800 acres,
more or less, being formerly Provisional State Forest No. 33
(Gazette 1919, page 1291), situated in Block IX, Onamalutu
Survey District, and Block XIII, Pine Valley Survey District,
and bounded generally as follows: Towards the east by
Small Grazing-run 130; towards the south by Small Grazing-
run 129; towards the south-west by Small Grazing-runs
127 and 159; and towards the north-west and north by State
Forest (Gazette 1881, page 959).
