IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and the HAYWOOD VULCANIZING WORKS, LTD. (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that the above-mentioned company, by resolution passed on the 17th day of November, 1932, went into voluntary liquidation, and appointed DAVID FULTON SMILLIE, of Palmerston North, Accountant, as Liquidator, for the purpose of such winding-up.

AMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.
SPECIAL ORDER.
In the matter of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and in the matter of the Construction of the Mandamus (Tekoa) Bridge, Mandamus River (Tekoa) Bridge Loan, 1931, £750.
THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 17 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and with the consent of the ratepayers of the special-rating area more particularly described in the Schedule at the foot hereof testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said special-rating area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said special-rating area is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not consent, the Amuri County Council resolves by way of Special Order as follows :—

That for the purpose of furnishing the ratepayers of the Mandamus Special-rating Area share of the cost of constructing the Mandamus River Bridge, the Amuri County Council proceed to raise a loan of £750.

That such loan be called “The Mandamus River Bridge Loan, 1931, £750.”

That the currency of the loan shall be for a period of thirty-three years commencing on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and maturing on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-five.

That the interest on such loan shall be at the rate of 5 per cent., payable half-yearly on the first day of May and on the first day of November in each and every year.

That the annual rate per centum of payment into the sinking fund for the redemption of the loan shall be £1 5s. upon the amount of the loan.

That the repayment of principal and interest on the said loan shall be secured by a special rate of 9/40ths of a penny in the pound sterling on the capital value of all rateable property in the Mandamus Special-rating Area in the Amuri County.

That the costs of raising the said loan and the first year’s interest thereon shall not be paid out of the said loan.

That the Public Trustee be the Sinking Fund Commissioner in respect of the said loan.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri was hereto affixed at the office of, and pursuant to a resolution of, the Amuri County Council in the presence of—

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, a general meeting of shareholders will be held in the office of the Liquidator, 24 Campbell’s Buildings, High Street, Auckland, at eleven o’clock a.m. on Friday, the 16th December, 1932, for the purpose of laying the final accounts of the winding-up before the meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 25th day of November, 1932, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £75,000 to £41,250, and a minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above statute were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of November, 1932; and further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following :—
“The capital of A. B. Donald, Limited, henceforth is £41,250, divided into 75,000 shares of 11s. each instead of the original capital of £75,000, divided into 75,000 shares of £1 each. At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of 11s. has been and is to be deemed paid up on each of the said shares.”

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, Ward Street, Hamilton, on Wednesday, the 23rd day of November, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed :—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that ROBERT JOHN HENRY SEAL, of Hamilton, Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
